Terms of Service
Effective Date: 01 January 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using any software, hardware, or service provided by Retail Master, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
- Billing Software (Online & Offline)
- POS Hardware Setup (Printer, Scanner, Barcode)
- Website & App Development
- CRM, HRM, ERP Solutions
- Supermarket Consultancy
All services are primarily delivered online unless agreed otherwise.
3. Software Installation
Installation is completed within 1–3 working days after full payment confirmation. Includes setup, license activation, and basic configuration as agreed.
Service Delivery
Setup, installation, and training are provided online via remote access, video calls, or support tools. Client must provide required system access and internet connectivity.
4. System Requirements
- Windows 10 or above (64-bit recommended)
- Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended)
- Intel i5 (8th Gen or higher) or equivalent
- Stable internet for installation and support
- Printers, scanners, and peripherals tested before installation
Performance depends on compatible hardware and proper system environment. Issues caused by unsupported devices or external factors are outside service scope.
5. Device & Hardware Configuration
One-time configuration of supported devices is included within 30 days of installation. Reconfiguration due to system changes, formatting, or relocation is chargeable.
Client-Owned Devices
- Compatible operating system
- Availability of required drivers
- Device in proper working condition
Configuration is performed on a best-effort basis. Compatibility or successful configuration cannot be guaranteed for outdated, unsupported, or third-party devices.
6. Training
- Maximum 2 sessions (20 minutes each)
- Must be completed within 15 days
- Limited to basic software usage
Training scope is fixed and does not include repeated sessions or advanced guidance.
7. Support & Maintenance
- 1 year remote support from installation date
- Working hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Response time: within 24 business hours
- Support is limited to software-related issues and excludes training repetition, business consulting, data entry, or third-party issues
- Hardware sold separately
- Warranty provided by manufacturer
- One-time setup included (within 30 days) Hardware purchases are non-refundable.
- All payments must be made in advance unless stated otherwise
- Pricing may change without prior notice
- Once payment is made, it is considered confirmation of service
Critical issues affecting billing operations are handled on a best-effort basis.
8. Support Process
All support requests are handled through a structured ticketing system for tracking and resolution. Calls or WhatsApp requests may be redirected to ticket-based support
9. Training & Practice Period
A 5-day practice period is provided using test data. After this, the system will be reset and all test data removed permanently.
10. Customization & Changes
Any customization, report changes, or format modifications are chargeable and executed only after approval.
11. License & Renewal
Software license is valid for 1 year. Renewal is required for continued usage and support.
12. License Restrictions
Licenses are non-transferable and restricted to the original business and location. Resale, sharing, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13. “Lifetime” Clarification
“Lifetime” refers only to the base license. It does not include support, reinstallation, or additional services beyond the active period.

Customers must maintain regular backups. Retail Master is not responsible for data loss due to system, hardware, or user actions.

17. Limitation of Liability
Retail Master is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or damages arising from use of services.
18. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
19. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if misuse, non-compliance, or illegal activity is detected.
20. Privacy
User data is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
22. Customer Acknowledgement
By proceeding with payment or usage, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in full.
